Inside Flow Heritage
Inside Flow is already 16 years old, and it appeared in 2008 as a result of many years of practice of its founder — Young Ho Kim.
Young Ho Kim practiced martial arts from an early age and built an impressive career in it, and at the age of 20 he started practicing yoga. Also, choreography and music were always present in his life, so he decided to combine all his knowledge in one direction, which later became known as Inside Flow.
