Julia Vlasova is a certified Inside Yoga and Inside Flow teacher and Inside Flow community leader in UAE and Russia.

Julia has been teaching Inside Flow for many years and brought this unique yoga style to UAE and Russia as a first certified teacher. Also she organises teacher trainings and workshops with Founder-Young Ho Kim and his Senior teachers.Her biggest passion in life is teaching. On Julia’s classes and workshops are always open and friendly atmosphere with a high quality  educational program.
